APPALOOSA (Classical & Western)

Tips & Tricks

- Use good tack (3* saddle & bridle, 2* blanket, polo wraps, & ear bonnet).
-  Use fillers to "fill" the comps.
-   Bonuses are always good, EC bonuses such as tub of grease, comb, etc.

1) Classical

- Start short gallop rides at 1.8 years and continue until no more gain.
-  Train in speed & dressage until no more gain.
-   Enter gallop & trot comps until no more gain (you should get wins through this).
-    Train in gallop.
(( If you still don't have wins, try entering show jumping comps))

2) Western

- Start short gallop rides at 1.8 years until no more gain
-  Train in speed and dressage
-   Enter Cutting comps until no more gains and you get all your wins
-    Train in gallop

AKHAL-TEKE (Classical & Western)

1) Tips & Tricks.

-"Fill" the comps with horses that aren't so good at that certain comp, it helps keep big skillers out!
-Use 3* tack, and 2* blanket, wraps, and ear bonnet.
- Beside your horses name put "BLUPING please" or "BLUPing" etc. (It does help)

2) BLUPING - Classical

- Foal games (optional)
-  Train in long sloping rides until 2 years old.
-   Train Jumping and Dressage until no more gain.
-    Enter Cross-Country comps until no more gain.
(( If you still haven't gotten wins and you're under 5 years old, switch to Western style riding))
-      Enter as many Cross-Country and Show-jumping comps as possible.
-      Train Stamina bar.
-        Finish Long sloping rides
-         If still no wins try gallop racing!

3) BLUPING - Western

(( IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU DO NOT TRAIN STAMINA UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL 20 WINS))

-Foal games (optional)
- Long slope rides till 2 years
-  Train Dressage & Jumping until no more gains
-   Enter Western pleasure comps to get gains & wins.
-    Enter trail comps to get jumping gains.

(( If you're waiting for comps to run, feel free to enter barrel, and reining comps. I've had horses do well in those also))

4) Final notes

Okay, so I just created this blog because I realized how difficult it is sometimes to BLUP your horses properly. So here I am today, creating a blog for ALL BREEDS and both types of riding (Classical & Western).
I'll be posting the breeds in alphabetical order.
This is all done from MY experiences of BLUPing, I haven't taken anything off of another site.
So here it goes!
By the way my howrse user-name is rockstair123
Feel free to add me! :)
